I’ve been married to my husband, Brett, for 27 years and together we have four incredible daughters. I’m also “Nanny” to five of the cutest grandchildren around. Three of them bear the last name of Still! Growing up and raising our sons in Arlington, we have witnessed the tremendous growth and prosperity of our hometown. We have enjoyed watching this city change from a little town to the amazing city we now live in.

In 1971 Ann’s family moved to Arlington from Rochester, New York and that same year Charlie’s family came here from Tomball in east Texas. Ann is a proud graduate of Sam Houston High School and Charlie graduated from Bowie High School. Charlie went on to earn his degree from Stephen F. Austin in 1982 and joined his dad Pete and brother Glenn in real estate that same year. Ann received her degree in 1985 from SMU she joined the family in real estate in 1987. Charlie has served as the Arlington Board of Realtors President in 2001, was named “Realtor of the Year” in 1996, was awarded the Edgar Bird Award in 2007. He recently completed his second term on the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Broker Lawyer Committee.

We were married in June of 1984. We have two sons John, graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his degree in architecture and he and his wife Andromeda who are purchasing their first home! Tommy and his wife Abby blessed us with our first granddaughter, Harper Mae in September 2020 and our second beautiful granddaughter, Hazel in December of 2021. In March of 2023 TJ joined the family! Tommy is a part of the Still Brothers & Associates team. We have been active members of Most Blessed Sacrament Church for over 18 years. Our family of 9 love spending time together.

In our over 30-year career, we have had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful families and have even started on our second generation. We have sold properties from $25,000 to $1.1 million and everything in between. There are several homes, we have sold two or three times! I am a life-long resident of the area, and have lived in Arlington for the past 25 years. I was born in Fort Worth, grew up in Mansfield (1982 graduate), and earned a degree from University of Texas at Arlington. I married my college sweetheart Cathy, who teaches at Tarrant County College. We are very proud of our two children; Ginger a graduate of Trinity University living in Seattle and Scott a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington living here in Arlington. I worked over 10 years in the mortgage banking industry, more than 10 years doing consulting work for Accenture and now over 10 years in real estate. Although I was born in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, Arlington has been “home” for my family for many years.  I graduated from Arlington High School before going to college.  I met my wife, Janie here in the Metroplex area and we have 3 wonderful kids; Bobby, Michael and Sara Jane.  They all attended Martin High School and have either graduated from or are currently attending various colleges.

Much of my career has been in the Restaurant industry.  Our family has lived in many different areas as I was transferred every couple of years or so with the company I worked with.  My wife is a Registered Nurse and was always able to find new work quite easily in whatever city we lived in.

With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate working with the professionals at Still Brothers is one of the best career moves I have ever made.  Still Brothers has over 30 years in Arlington and their constant involvement in the Community and caring attitude for every client has elevated Still Brothers to one of the top Real Estate Agencies in Arlington.

My wife and I currently live in the Fannin Farm area in southern Arlington and attend St. Barnabas United Methodist Church. My family, all sports and (especially golf) are my passions when I’m not working.
